The Scientists are looking for such materials as change which could provide quality with refined properties. Nano Scientists had searched metal oxide nano structured stuffs. These are in the people demand now a days for their wide applications. In this comprehensive review their introduction, their synthesis, characterization as well as their biological impacts had been discussed.
