ANALYSIS OF HIGH RISE RCC STRUCTURE WITH BELT WALL AND SHEAR WALL FOR LINEAR DYNAMIC EARTHQUAKE LOAD

A 20-storey RCC building is being analyzed for Bending moment, Shear force, Joint Displacement , Storey drift, Drift ratio when a shear wall is provided at the alternate floor. Also, the building is subjected to earthquake loading. The author has compared the storey drifts and calculated the drift ratios at the different positions of the shear wall And Belt wall when earthquake load is applied to the structure. The RCC structure is analyzed in ETABS software. The author conducted this study to carry out a suitable lateral load resulting system from the outcome of this study.
