Abstract

Comprehensive introduction to the ligand frameworks used in the current investigation, specifically the Schiff bases derived from sulfonamide, carbohydrazide, and pyrazinamide. It provides a thorough overview of the history, properties, and applications of these compounds, including their antibacterial, antifungal, and antitumor activities, as well as their potential as chelating agents and metal complexes. Schiff bases are an important class of compounds with diverse biological activities and have been extensively studied for their potential as therapeutic agents.
